What's the best way to hang a 40-50 pound surface mounted medicine cabinet?

The studs are completely in the wrong place therefore the cabinet cannot be attached to them. Will heavy duty Toggle Bolts be sufficient to secure it to the drywall in the bathroom?

why not drill new holes in the back of the cabinet where the studs are...
