Will Bondo work to hide exposed pipe threads?
I used a 1" galvanized pipe attached to a 1" coupler. Even though I screwed it on very tight, there is quite a bit of threads that are exposed. I have fully sanded the pipe down, but want to avoid sanding/grinding the threads off(heavy load, dont want to weaken it)
If I fill the exposed threads with bondo using a a putty knife, then sand it down, do you think the threads will still be visible after painting?
