Is using liquid nails to attach lattice to a concrete wall strong enough to tie tomato plants to?

I thought about the concrete anchors but don't have a strong enough drill & was looking for an alternative that didn't require drilling into the concrete. But i didn't think about the heat either so it might not be a good idea afterall. Thanks all
